Q. What do I need to bring? Towels, sheets, dishes?

A. The house is fully equipped. All you need to bring is yourselves, your clothes, and personal items.

Q. Is there ample off road parking?

A. The house sits on a private drive with ample parking for five cars without the hassle of double parking vehicles. There's even room for your boat!

Q. How far is the house from skiing, casinos, and beach?

A. The house is located at the top of Ski Run Boulevard approximately six blocks above Ski Run Marina, two blocks down Saddle to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, and two miles from Stateline Casinos (with only the last half mile on busy Highway 50).

Q. What are the sleeping accommodations?

A. The top floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen. There is a fold out sleeper sofa in the living room. The entry level also has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two singles. The family room also has a fold out sleeper sofa and ample space for the kids to spread out some sleeping bags.

Q. I have small children. What baby equipment do I need to bring?

A. We supply a high chair, small portable play pen, and a child safety gate (stored in the closet off of the living room). We've tried to limit the amount of equipment that you have to bring with you on vacation!

Q. What is the surrounding area like?

A. The house is nestled in the pine trees in a quiet, serene area with a tree filtered view of the lake.

Q. How does the $300 deposit work?

A. The $300 deposit secures your reservation and will be returned in full after the house has been cleaned and inspected for any damage.
