I walked outside my mom's house and saw someone about to break into my neighbor's car. He saw me ID him and reversed towards me and then drove away after pointing at me. He then came back around the block and followed me from South San Jose all the way to highway 87 before exiting on Capital Expressway after he noticed I was on the phone (with 911). SJPD did not want to follow up because according to the officer other than road rage "no crime had occured." The man is approx. 5'6" dark complexion, with a white 1992ish Toyota truck with a camper shell. CA License plate 4S95944, please don't approach this vehicle but call 911 if you see him in your neighborhood!
