Subj: Great Oaks Medians

Whats with all the construction on the medians on Greak Oaks? Didn't they JUST finish cutting down all the trees in the median and cementing large rocks for decoration in that whole strip? Now it's all torn up again! Is there maybe a little better use of taxpayer money than constantly changing the medians? I have an idea..maybe fix potholes in the roads? There's a novel idea....
