We just used Marble Creations (also in the Brokaw area - across from Frys). 408-452-1615, 1781 Junction Ave, San Jose, CA They were great, have a large inventory of granites, showed up when expected, and did the actual fabrication in just a couple days. Make sure you get a samples to take home, as granite looks so different inside than it does outside.
