This month we had all of our windows replaced with double-paned windows. For over a year, we have been admiring those homes who have replaced their windows. After getting two other estimates (one being from Sears), we finally decided upon The Window Company. They had done several houses in the Rancho Santa Teresa area that we had noticed while walking and driving around. In fact, they also did our neighbors behind us. We only chose a mid-grade window brand (International). The estimate was competitive with our lower estimate. The owner, Wayne Jai, personally came out to do the estimate. He was very accommodating and reassured us that he wanted us to be satisfied with the job. Approximately ten weeks after we placed our order, our windows came in. Within days, Wayne was able to schedule to get our windows installed. In fact, since we wanted to go on vacation, we only had two days for his crew to finish the job. Wayne said they could do it in two days, and in fact they did. His four man crew worked two days until sundown, but they were able to finish the job. I told Wayne that second night how impressed we were with his crew. They were very professional during the entire time they were in our home. They didn't bring radios to keep them company while they worked. Our family, including our 1 1/2 year old, was home the entire time while they worked getting in their way occasionally. He loves to work with tools and was in heaven. When it came time to do the window in my office, they worked around my big desk so I didn't even have to move the desk or the computers. Based on Wayne's competitive price, professional demeanor and wonderful crew, we wanted to share our positive experience and would hope with this recommendation you would be treated in the same manner.
