Hi, I see so many cats around lately with their tails cut or just short. I never saw this before since I live in the area wich is 18years and, I wonder if something bad is going on with somebody cutting cat tails? Would this be possible? I live on sprucemont place and I see everyday several cats with short tails in my backyard,and also at the end of the street, and even on chantilley, and near the townhouses. My neighbors saw several of those also...
I wander if we should call the police and let them know about this? What do you think?
