We live in the Santa Teresa area (close to ST Golf Course) and I have noticed a huge rise of Asthma among the children. My husband and I have no history of asthma in either family and our 5 year old is the first to develop it. But it is not just her. It is several kids in the neighborhood that have the night time asthma cough. I see the huge flume of steam that comes from the power plant and it blankets our entire area especially when it is cloudy. I am very concerned and not sure where to begin. Anyone else concerned?
