I'm looking for a family friendly home to rent. I live on Avenida Espana and love the area, but need to find a new home. Preferably one with double pane windows, good insulation, & weatherized to help with the pg&e costs. I need a three bedroom with an office, or a four bedroom. I'd like to remain in the area if possible. One of my children attends Los Paseos Elementry School and I'd like to keep them there.
