Subj: Subj: Re: Re: Re: Re: Warning!!!! 3 cats in our neighborhood missing Yes, it's illegal to allow cats to roam free--in DELAWARE! In Santa Clara County, cats are required to be LICENSED. There's no law that restricts them from being outside. It's good to put a bell on the collar if the cat attacks birds. Now on to an animal situation of some urgency: For the past 2 weeks a female dog (pitbull type) has been wandering around the hills and into the Laguna Seca Community Garden on Manresa Court. She is brindle colored with a beige head, appears docile, hungry, and lost. When I spotted her Friday 5/19, I alerted Animal Control. I don't know if she were picked up. |
