I like the original Cisco Plan because it was unique, but that land is not going to stay vacant forever. I am sure the land owners never envisioned an empty field. So,now it is up to the community and those interested in developing the land, to do so with caution and thoughtful purpose. I don't want to see it overbuilt but there has to be a compromise that will bring revenue into the area but not negatively impact the community.
