Subj: Calpine power plant

What will the plant burn?
The majority of the time the winds prevail from morgan hill north through santa teresa- what will we be exposed to (fumes,noise,ect.)? Will it effect our rates?
What is the need for the plant?
Who benefits?
The Santa Teresa Citezen Action Group says in a community meeting note today (4/12) that the plant will negatively impact our property values- why? They say its not right for our neighborhood- why?
What does Charlotte think?
