Subj: Moving to Santa Teresa

I have an offer on a home in Santa Teresa and want to know how my street will be affected. I printed out the proposed routings and it looks like the street I am moving to is slated for (don't know what this means) SBWR Preferred Route and Recycled water. Do you know how I can find out if these plans are current?

SBWR is South Bay Water Recycling. Portions of Santa Teresa Boulevard near Tulare Hill are the preferred route for the recycled water to serve the power plant. [SAS]
