Subj: Need basic facts

I hope to find some much needed help and guidance. My wife and I live in San Pedro,A small city that surround's the port of L.A.We have a sober living house next door that house's women that I guess have had some sort of drug or alcohol problem and are sent to this house for recovery. We work very hard to live in this neighborhood and like a lot of the storie's I've read on this site, this home has moved next door and we are powerless to stop it.Parking and loitering have become a major problem now, especially for my wife and I because we live right next door.At one time we counted 9 car's that belonged to the resident's of this house.Maybe 2 of these car's used their driveway and the rest in the street.I sometime's had to park 8 house's or more up the street due to these girl's and what I percieve to be a violation,I'm not sure.It sure has changed the environment here for my wife and I.If anyone can help us with any information at all on what to do or who to call, anything,We would be very thankful.I feel I have no right's as a property owner, tax payer, and a citizen who has worked hard to live in this city.Thank you.
